In fact, dry roasted soybean has 40 g of protein per 100 grams. That’s higher than boiled chicken breast which has 31 g of protein per 100 grams.

P.S. – An adult dog needs approximately 2 grams of Protein per kg of body weight. You can increase the amount of ingredients accordingly.

Recipe 1: Soybean & Veggie Medley for Dogs

Ingredients:

– 50 g crushed dry roasted soybeans – Protein: ~40g

– 100 g cup cooked quinoa – Protein: ~8.2g

– 25g finely chopped carrots

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Total Protein – ~48.2g

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, dry roast soybeans until they turn light brown. 
  2. In a separate pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté chopped carrots until slightly softened.
  4. Mix in cooked quinoa.
  5. Add turmeric powder for additional flavor and benefits.
  6. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle the dry roast soybeans on top & serve.

Recipe 2: Protein-Packed Spinach & Rice Bowl for Dogs

Ingredients:

– 100 g cooked white rice – Protein: ~2.7g

– 50g chopped spinach – Protein: ~2.9g

– 100g grated cottage cheese (paneer) – Protein: ~36g

– 50g chopped carrots

– 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Total Protein – ~42g

Instructions:

  1. Combine cooked white rice, chopped spinach, grated paneer, and chopped carrots.
  2. Drizzle with flaxseed oil and mix well.
  3. Allow it to cool before serving.

Recipe 3: Paneer & Millet Nutrient Bowl for Dogs

Ingredients:

– 150 g cubed paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – Protein: ~27g

– 100g cup cooked millet – Protein: ~6g

– 25g cup grated carrots

– 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Total Protein – ~33g

Instructions:

  1. Melt ghee in a pan.
  2. Sauté paneer until lightly browned.
  3. Add grated carrots; cook briefly.
  4. Mix in cooked millet and turmeric powder.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

– 200g cooked chickpeas (chana) – Protein: ~14.6g

– 25g finely chopped potatoes

– 25g finely chopped carrots

– 100g finely chopped spinach – Protein: ~12g

– 1 tbsp coconut oil

– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Total Protein – ~26.6g

Instructions:

– 25g finely chopped carrots

– 1 tbsp coconut oil

– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
