Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Process

You have the option to cancel your order within one hour of placing it on our website, provided the products within your order have not yet been dispatched. Cancellation can be initiated through the following methods:

(i) Through your account on our website; or
(ii) Via the chat service enabled on our website.
Orders not canceled within the one-hour window will not be eligible for cancellation. For prepaid orders that are canceled within one hour of placement, a complete refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive and process your cancellation request.

Please note that Easy Pawsy reserves the right to decline a transaction or extend the refund processing period by 3-6 months for users with a history of questionable charges, such as repeated cancellations of bulk orders. 

 

Return Process

You can request a return within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returns will be considered based on quality checks conducted by our team once the product(s) are returned after delivery. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product(s) have been collected from your location.

After we collect the returned product(s) from your location, refunds for purchases made using credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. The credited amount may take an additional 3-7 working days to reflect in your account. For orders paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account after we collect the necessary details.

 

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

You understand that you can request a return for part of your order or for the entire order. Return requests are only applicable in the following scenarios:

– Products have been damaged/spoiled during transit.
– Products arrive with damaged packaging.
– Incorrect product(s) have been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are not damaged, wrong, or spoiled.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued to you. Replacement requests are only applicable for the same product if the delivered product is damaged during transit, incorrect or comes in damaged packaging. Under no circumstances can a replacement request be placed for a different product; product exchanges are not allowed.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
– Products damaged or degraded due to use or overuse.
– Products with missing items or damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts, and accessories.
– Products with altered serial numbers.
